It is really just becoming annoying to see the misuse of words by a small portion, like I said before in another topic apparently everyone who isn't 'straight white and male' has some hidden agenda or propaganda against the white man. It's just getting ridiculous at this point. "The women, the gays, the trans, the coloured people" are 'propaganda' when they are just shown existing in a fantasy world, it's mind blowing frankly.

The only one bringing up race and gender in this thread is you, and as a girl I resent anonymous busy bodies on the internet and popular media telling me continuously that I'm a victim. I'm NOT a victim, I'm not suppressed, harrassed or discriminated against, I've never been made uncomfortable by male gamers or men in general for simply being a women.

@sporkmunster How did I make anyone a victim? The only one making a victim of themselves here is op because he can't relate to some people in a video game. You are reaching and projecting on to me. All I said is that different people exist in video games because different people exist in reality and to deny that fact is bizarre.

 

Not once did I say anything about the 'harassment of women', I said that for some unknown reason when anyone other than a straight white man is in a game there are a select portion of people who think it's "pandering" or some "agenda." It is damn bizarre, come on! And that's it, I truly have no idea where any of that came from to be honest with you. Do you know what I resent? People who miss the point just to derail, it's like you are talking about a completely different topic, one that I never engaged in.

Speaking from a historical perspective, doesn't that apply to most nobility? Ancient Greek and Roman elite were notoriously bisexual, for example. 19th century aristocracy likewise didn't care, usually.
