I've seen the fade encounter with Flemeth, Morrigan, and her son a few times on youtube. Whenever Flemeth gives her the choice to keep her son and live freely or take her son and be in danger, I've seen Morrigan answer two different ways.
1. Pretty much is "Take my body now if you must, he'll be alright without me as I was alright without you mother."
2. "Im a lot of things, but I will never be the mother you were."
Does anyone know what makes her say one or the other?
I think it has to do with who drank from the Well? Correct me if I'm wrong as I've only played it once.

I drank from the well and she said both of these things. I only played it the one time to but I don't think it will make a difference.
