Im trying to get the achievement to fully upgrade a throne and want to know if there's anything specific or a specific mission I need to do to get this done.

I've noticed that a lot of War Table missions would lead to acquiring 'accessories' for specific throne types, most typically Andrastian or Fereldan. Try that.

I've done so many war table missions.. my war table almost always has all 3 going and over 100 hours in and no fully upgraded throne. Is there any specific war table missions that give the accessories?

Gather materials from war table missions; it doesn't matter which ones.

I remember getting Chasind throne accessories when doing Fallowmire Resources mission sometimes.

Gathering at fallow mire gives indeed chasind throne and accessories later successive times.

Gathering money gives you inquisition asccessories.

The rest I can't exactly remember.
