Stamina on kill does seem to work with Hidden Blades and Explosive Shot. I've never got any stamina back with Long Shot or Full Draw, whether on kill or on crit.
Yea, all the rogue passives that require a certain prerequisite are broken.
Dance of Death only recovers 50 stamina when you kill with autohits.
Knife in the Shadow doesnt always get you a crit out of stealth, seems like only a % chance.
Can't really say much on skills like Bloodied Prey or First Blood, but skills requiring a certain health threshold seem kinda broken too.
I don't even specc into Deathblow anymore (eventhough I have the damage increase ring) because it's just so bad when the enemy is under 50% health (2 strikes are double the stamina cost, basically leaving you completely drained).
And above 50% health Shadow Strike does more damage anyways.
I wonder if we'll ever see all the fixes for this otherwise amazing game.

The OP who originally found the bug with stamina on kill found that stamina on kill does work properly. The reason people don't see a stamina gain is because the bonus stamina is received before the stamina from the skill is used. Thus, if a player at full stamina scores a kill with an ability he will receive no stamina.
I'll confirm that precision strike doesn't work for throwing daggers. I didn't notice any change at all in the damage with or without the skill.
The upgrade to evade doesn't work, enemies don't take damage when they hit the copy left by evade. I tested this against a bear a while back.

Has anyone tested this stuff in MP?
I just compared Iron Bull's Earthshaking Strike with the one on my Katari and it seems in PS I get anywhere between 100% and 150% burning damage, while in MP it is the stated in the tooltip 20%.
If the 20% is actually the intended value for SP, then my disgust for the disembowelrment of the 2-Hander tree has reached new, previously unimaginable levels...

20% looks like the intended damage. If we consider that then earthbreaking strike is terrible beyond compare. Hell even with the bugged dot i still find it worthless as the delay the strike has and the wall of fire kinda rubs me the wrong way on a warrior.

To add to the Spirit Mark glitch:
Sometimes--quite often--once it runs out, the enemy stays... not dead, untargetable, does not drop loot, gets "stuck" as it is (even on reload). I eventually had to turn it off on Dorian altogether, especially after it made the Snowy Wyvern immortal and untarget-able, running around that swamp attacking everything--and it therefore became impossible to get its heart.
On the bright side, I got to see what happens if you give Vivienne a fake heart--different card and whatnot--so, not all bad, I suppose. Geez, she was annoyed, though.

Did a quick search of this thread and didn't see mention of Blessed Blades not actually giving a 15% damage bonus against anything other than demons. The ability text seems to suggest there should always be a damage bonus versus all enemies, and then an even larger one when fighting demons. This does not seem to be the case. So cloak of shadows is completely bugged right? It doesn't last as long as it's supposed to and it claims I should remain stealthed while attacking...I don't.

Sincerely this is strange. People continue to say that Deathblow costs 100 stamina and Dance of Death is bugged with it but in my case this is surely not so because I can chain Deathblow over and over again as long as I kill enemies with it.
So I don't know what causes the bug for some people, but I'm sure that in my case (using a PC) things works as they should. I will do more testings because sincerely I never bothered too much to see how much stamina Deathblow took or how much of it I regained from Dance of Death, but it's easy to notice if you can use the skill multiple times or not and I always can.

i noticed that in multiplayer. with reaver, if you have a barrier on you rampage healing wont work. To reporduce. simply get to less than full hp, have an ally put a barrier on you and activate rampage and attack. No healing will be applied until the barrier fails. I think since barrier protects your health bar from damage. it must also be protecting your hp bar from rampages healing.

Hope you add blessed blades to the list as well. It does not work as its description says it should. It gives us no bonus damage and only seems to work against demons. In its current form the skill is so subpar that i cannot believe they intended it to be a specialization active skill.

Shadow Step works perfectly fine, both SP and MP. Especially in MP I made it a guilty pleasure to leave the last blow being dealt to my target to themselves. Sometimes even for critical why-are-you-hitting-yourself-damage; makes you feel like their bully.
I am on Xbox One, but I doubt a bug like this is system related. Maybe it's just certain types of enemies?
I mean, bears are pretty smart.

Not sure if this is new information, but i'll share it anyway. I tested MW Hidden Blades while using a 2-handed warrior, and on frozen targets the Hidden Blades cause a Shatter detonation for 1 damage. With any other weapon type Hidden Blades will detonate properly for a generous damage bonus.
Since we know 2-handed weapons can cause Eldritch detonators correctly (via Spell Purge), it seems like the bug is happening specifically with Precision and Impact detonations. Paralyze/Discharge seems to work correctly, however.
Now let's hope someone from Bioware actually reads this...

when i played Rouge archer assassin, awry hit made in stealth was automatic Crit, i'm surprised that it does not work all the time with some, in lvl 22 & 23 i took even 2H guys down with one hit, cause of Crit, & they have a lot of HP & Guard, they don't go down so easy

i noticed that to, but, i did not use it anyway, just tested once, i loaded & chose another skill.
no idea is it fixed or not, but with my first mage i took few skills from ice, including the passive what gives boost to ur MP regen when u stand at one place, i wonder cause new i controlled solas & with him it worked, that skill icon was on screen, that shows it is working, but with my first char who was mage, when i started to attack this skill icon went away & it came back when i stopped attack, well i will test it when i make new mage, but when i got DAI then that passive did not work like it should, just figured i mention the possibility of that bug

Should be mentioned in the op. All dots do damage every other second, not every second. They do half the advestised damage as a result. I havent found a dot that isnt effected.
This was my finding as well, they do every 2 seconds not one as the tooltip says and every dot is affected.

Stuff like that is appaling.
Also, and this is personal opinion, as I can't actually measure this, but if they say and area of effect is 3 metres in radius, I think they actually mean 3 metres in DIAMETER. It's a huge difference. This annoys me to no end.
