Elves and Dwarves in Dragon Age are said to be able to see better in the dark than a human, and i think it would be a nice feature to include that in the next game or maybe as a patch upgrade. DA:I introduced various lightings some of which are very dark and it would be a nice lore friendly add on if that in those dark areas you switch to a elf or dwarf the lighting improves, or if you switch to a human while in those areas the area becomes darker. Also eye glint like a cat for the Elves would be a nice.
Stone Sense, don't know exactly what I'd say this is but maybe consider some kind of modifier for dwarves who claim to have it (maybe the carta dwarf still has theirs.)
I can understand not wanting to pigeon hold any one race as excelling at one class over another but sometimes playing against grain is just as fun.
With their large ears maybe elves could hear conversations from further away as if they were standing closer to npcs.
I'm sure others probably have some lore friendly nominations as well, if not original ones.
