Hello...

My boyfriend has established its world state on the Keep . He exported to DAI . The site states that the export was done well .

When creating a new character on DAI, the game indicates that the world state can't be imported because of the parental control settings. But parental control is disabled on the console.

Also I could import my world context without any worries ...

Help us please !

Playing on XBox 360...

It is a known privacy setting issue. You need to set the "access content outside Live" to enabled.

Thank for your answer. Where I can find this "access content outside live" ? Is it in the parental control setting of my x box ? I think i've already set something like this on enable...

I am not at my console right now, so I can't check the exact location of that setting, but there shouldn't be too many settings to browse through.

Anyway, if that does not resolve your issue, you can check some of the troubleshooting threads (such as this one) regarding this issue

As I said this is a fairly common problem and there are other potential causes for it - although the "not enabled" is the most common.

Hello everyone,

Solution still not found ! I repost here to explain again the situation !

My boyfriend and I have both an Xbox Live account, we play on the same console ( XBox 360). We both imported our old backup DAO and DA2 on the Keep. We both made a tapestry from our backups . Everything was done properly on the Keep.
The context is exported to DAI .

When I created my part , I imported my world state. I have had no problems. All my choices seem to be respected.

For my boyfriend when he created a new party , he chose the race and class of his character and the difficulty. When importing the world state an error message appears : "Unable to import a global context Dragon Age Keep due to parental control settings "

Parental control is of course off on our console. It does not seem to be any difference between his profile and mine and yet it does not work for him ...

Do you have any answers ? At worst is there a professional platform which we can contact ? My boyfriend is very disappointed with his purchase because he can't play as he would like .

Is his account set as an adult?

Finally someone find the solution :

Go to your privacy setting then find "share on social networks" and set it on enable !

(Sorry for the traduction, we're french so in french it's : paramètres / confidentialité / partager sur les réseaux sociaux)

Thank you every one !

That's an odd setting to have to enable to get a worldstate. I guess the keep is kind of a social network though
