I just installed the full version of the game (Deluxe edition, aka digital purchase) and after a few hours playing, while my achievements do upload and refresh, the new character I made and I'm playing with doesn't show on my online profile. Is that normal?
Also, I've not received any email about the ring I was promised for uploading 2 other characters with the character creator a few weeks ago.

It takes time for character to show online.
Another thing I am not sure about but I think you should make sure there are no multiple characters with the same name. Mine have 2 characters named Aedan and only the first one show up. The second one is the one I actually play. After I delete the first one, the second one show up normally.
I also did not get any mail, but the ring show up in the in-game downloader properly if you are log in with your EA profile.
