I've started saving my gold

because I want to spend it all after they've altered the store.

They did this with ME3, too.

didn't they?

Am I making any sense to you.... ?  :(

They didn't really 'alter' the store as much for ME3.
They just added in more chest which gave better chance of only weapons, character or equipment depending on which chest you bought.
I don't see them really doing that for DA:I seeing as stats/item level on weapons/accessories is completely random.

Although one thing i can see them altering is, with the large chest, its guaranteed to drop a rare item. But in all honesty i can see this backfiring and only ever giving the small runes over and over and over again.

I've heard some people at Bioware also believe the shop needs to be changed.

And since ANYTHING would make it better, I am saving my money :-)

The loot system is not very ideal at the moment. Hopefully they will work on fixing that, but as far as I know there has not been given any promises only a "we are aware" reply =)

Theres no reason to start saving now.  Money is easy to get in this game.  Start saving if and when they ever announce an incoming update to the loot system.

Inquisition came out little over two weeks ago. Bioware can't have everything up and perfect at launch. I also can't see a cap on the gold you can get.
