I`ve recently did the grey warden operation against Marquis bouffon but in the end of the chain I ended up losing the order due to heavy loses, im wondering if there is a way to avoid losing the order in this damable operation, hopefully you guys can help me figure this out.

I don't think there's a way to not lose them if you do the whole chain but they aren't completely gone. In the epilogue they will actively rebuild.

Cullen first, Then Leliana for finding the Spawn and finding a way through the mountains.

 

Finish it off with Josephine for the Siege and the final battle.

 

Some of the Wardens survive and you get a rune out of it.

Shoot, i went Leliana last and blew it - aigh, I was thinking of choosing Josephine too. *facepalm* Well, maybe next time...

Strangely enough i recived one hell of a axe (294 dps plus corrupeted rune) wich kinda works as a counter balance considered how bad things went..still i want to keep the order alive so ill try for those options then, thanks for the info guys.

Yeah I got the axe as well, except there were "minimal losses, morale is high and their loyalty to the inquisition remains unquestioned" I forgot exactly what choices I made, but I ended up with majority of the warden order intact.
