Alright after grinding and grinding and more grinding, I've finally salvaged enough goods to Unlock AT MOST ONE of these FIVE characters in DAMP:
Arcane Warrior, Elementalist, Necromancer, Alchemist, and Hunter.
I play prefer to play solo in like 3 out of 5 matches. So which one is the better and most efficient for solo play?
Thanks in advance for your valuable responses. :)

Most efficient solo class right now is Arcane Warrior.

I'd craft better armor for the classes I already have, but yea, aw is the best choice, solo or not.

Well, considering that armor for unlocked classes offer little to hardly any advantage except for the appearance, I was hoping to unlock a new character. I already unlocked the High Keeper's Tunic, and was disappointed with it. I could've unlocked an AW/Elementalist by now had I not crafted the Tunic for her! :/
So in solo-play Elementalist or Alchemist isn't as viable as compared to AW?

I'm like 2 Highever Weave or 5 Slik and 1 Ram/August Ram Leather short of an Alchemist atm.

Alchemist and Hunter are the only classes I don't personally enjoy.  I like every other one and they should all be capable of soloing at least routine up to the boss and including the boss for a number of them; especially once you've acquired some decent loot.  AW is definitely one of the best, I solo'd routine as early as level 6 with AW so far.

I can't seem to build my alchemist or hunter decent.. So far all the goo builds are just basic archer but invis n that kneel shot. You dont use traps.. You dont use the chain.. 4 skillslots are not much :P

I don't know about alchemist but hunter can do more than 4000 damage in one hit.

But yea I'm not so into him either.  Archer can only do a bit more than 1000 damage with long shot, but he can take out a line of enemies with it.

How well you do depends more on your weapon than your armor.  I didn't have any decent weapon at first so I stick with keeper (she doesn't need a nice weapon) till I got a lv 21 rare bow, then I stick with archer till I got better weapon.  I just got a lot of material and armors from the chests.

That just my way of playing.  Playing every class at least once sure sounds like more fun, so just go with your way.

I was also faced with this same decision. I also went with arcane warrior seeing as I knew how to use that class since I have a knight enchanter on my single player.

Although it's a powerful class, it aint my favorite though. I have more fun with the reaver, I'd like it even more, if my rampage skill would work 100% of the time.

For what ever reason, rampage does not give me any life when i attack the demon commander while under it effects.

Yeah that Reaver bug is annoying. I kinda gave up on my Reaver due that bug occurring a lot. Which is why I was hoping to get a new solo character to play with.

Not sure about the Alchemist, but considering the Elementalist can use barrier and have both the Guardian Spirit and the Death Siphon passives, he "can" be extremely tanky. Also you could use either 'Firemine' or 'Firestorm' to get those pesky enemies that got in to melee range.

I see, currently a long way off from unlocking an Elementalist though, might probably save it, since I haven't tried anything remotely close to a rouge class in DASP. Even for Varric I'm just selecting the Archery skills and Sera = auto-level. :D So kinda in total dark as far as Alchemist or any Rouge Toon is concerned.
Will certainly have a tough decision to make between Elementalist and Necro, had this guy join in my PuG and he was rampaging through the map with his Necro! Could be a one off incident though, but there seemed to be quite a lot of cross-class combos going around in that run.
