I know for a fact I slayed all the dragons, the achievment is stuck at 90% and no one on my friends list has unlocked it either. Does the Playstation have the same issue for the trophy? Known bug?

PS4 here and yes it's a bug. Slayed all dragons on my first playtrough but trophy opened when I killed first dragon with my second inquisitor. It might also help if you have save before you killed your last dragon and kill it again.

For some it works when they reload their save as stated above. For others it doesn't. It's the same for all plattforms btw. I'm on PC and it didn't work for me either.

I had this issue today.  I had to reload a save and re-kill the last dragon to get the achievement.

 

I've also got a bug with the Pathfinder achievement.  I've found every single camp in the game, but it still hasn't popped.  I just started my second playthrough, so I'm assuming that I'll get it this second time around.

 

Someone earlier mentioned having a bug with the achievement where you have to get 10 agents too.

Why the **** would Bioware release the game with ****** bugs? Took me forever to kill the last one and now I have to do that ****** **** again.

I have the same bug on PS4. Killed all the dragons in the game but did not get a trophy for it. 

 

Had same problem with the path finder quest. Established every camp in the game but did not get trophy.

 

I also had a problem with the trophy related to ten agents but it unlocked after I got my twelfth agent.

I'm on Xbox one and the same thing happened to me. But I made a second play through and as soon as I killed my first Dragon, the achievement popped up.

The achievement says "slay 10 high-dragons". I don't think the Crestwood one is a high-dragon. That one didn't count on my achievement progress.

Crap, just beat the 10th Dragon, didn't get the trophy went to Skyhold afterwards, then I read people try to reload the last battle and refight the last dragon in order to trigger the trophie. My auto saves are after the last fight, and my last hard save was 4 dragon before!

 

Am I screwed over or should I just wait for a future patch? Keep in mind that I finished off the 10th dragon After the first patch that was just released..

It probably is, just bugged.

Good on you for noting which though, that should be helpful for Bioware and other players.

I tested this myself a few days ago.  Killed the final dragon in the Hissing Wastes, had no achievement pop, reloaded and re-fought the dragon and...BLOOP!  Achievement.  I'm playing on XB1, FYI.

Some reported that the achievement triggered for them when they killed the first dragon in their second playthrough.

My first playthrough I killed all ten. Nothing. When I killed the first dragon I faced in my second playthrough, I finally heard my favorite sound

My first playthrough I had at least 10 agents and nothing. My second playthrough had nearly the same and nothing. I'm currently on my third playthrough and recruited at least 10 agents and still no Pathfinder trophy.

Reload an old save, kill another dragon again (any of them, doesn't matter which), the trophy will pop.

Having checked the achievements list there seem to be a couple I haven't been credited for completing; the Dragon's Bane one being the most irritating.  Seem to recall a similar problem in ME3; some people haven't been checking the "Lessons Learned" log.  It's on PC for me.

Just came back to this thread.  So I posted back on November 30th that I had this glitch.  Well, since then, I've upgraded to Xbox One, so now I get to unlock all of the achievements for a second time (the system views it as two different games, so I get double the gamerpoints for this game, apparently).  I'm definitely going to get this glitch again.  I've only beaten two of the dragons so far, but I checked my 'progress' towards the achievements (which you can't do on the 360) and I see that I'm only getting credit for beating one of them.  Not sure which one I didn't get credit for.  I'm planning on trying an experiment.  When I go to beat the third dragon, I'm going to beat it and check to see if I get credit for it.  If so, I'm going to reload and beat it again and see if I get credit again.  If that's the case, you might be able to unlock that achievement by just beating 10 of the same high dragon (i.e. the easiest) from the same playthrough.  I'll let you know what happens.

I killed all of the dragons and still haven't gotten the achievement and I'm on Xbox 360 so yeah, it's definitely a bug.

On my Xbox One, I was worried I wouldn't get it. The in-game tracker was correct in registering my dragon kills, but the achievement tracker on the X1 said I was one dragon off(it didn't count the one in the quests with the dragon researcher).

 

But when I got to the last dragon, I got the achievement anyway. So the achievement is tied apparently to the in-game tracker instead of whatever it displays on the console. I got my achievement with no trouble.

I had to beat the last dragon in Emprise du Lion twice for the achievement to work on pc. Reloading the save file after the dragon was initially beaten didnt do anything.

Killed all ten, no achievement. Killed the Hinterlands one on my second playthrough, achievement.

 

Even better: My roommate killed the Hinterlands one on his first playthrough, achievement. This was the first dragon he had killed.

 

I mean, I'm not mad or anything, but yeah. It's definitely bugged.

Yeah, I have slain all 12 dragons in the game. But the achievement doesn't unlocked.

The same with craft using Tier 4 achievement, whatever its name is.

I'm playing on PC and the achievement still hasn't popped for me.  My collection log says 10/10 high dragons slain, I have tried reloading the last dragon to kill it again, and I have killed three dragons on my next character... I don't know why, but this achievement just refuses to unlock for me.
