I haven't played a lot yet and i want to know, are the qunari involved in the plot at some point? Do we see any other than bull?

 

No spoilers, keep them to a minimum, i just want to know.

There is some qunari involvement, but I think it's minimal. Not far enough to say for sure.

Definitely not to the extent as DA2, though.

Minimal.

There are Qunari but 90% is dealt with off screen as consequences for your actions.

The only other "Qunari" I've met was an elf ( not Tallis, though she is involved in some war table operations).

There's some random Qunari background NPC that hangs around on the ramparts near Cullen's office occasionally.

Bull and the Inquisitor are the only major ones though.

I saw a NPC Qunari. One of the background characters that aren't important to the story and are just there for flare. He was standing with two other guys in Skyhold. The only reason I noticed was because they were wearing some pretty interesting outfits that I hope I can make some time down the line.

 

That's the only one I've seen at this part, but I haven't gotten far.
