I bought the game brand new, still in the wrapper, but the Stone Prisoner Redeem Code is Invalid. I've tried around 30-40 times with no luck.

I'm not sure if i'm inputing the code correctly but it reads something like this: 5FLG-6XDA-GWDK-4TGD (Not the actual code). Is that how i input it? with the -?

I've tried using upper & lower case letters, again with no luck.

Any suggestion?

 You have to include the hypens (-), and have the letters all in capital case.  Type it out exactly like on the leaflet, and hopefully it'd work for you.

I input the code exactly as it is written on the card but it keeps saying "You have entered an invalid code. Please re-enter a valid code" or something to that effect. It's annoying me now, how in god's name can it be invalid if it was brand new with the code card sealed inside a tamper proof plastic coating...?

Oops, posted twice me thinks, my bad.

I finally got it to work! It turned out they'd screwed the code cards up.

You see, the game came with two redeem codes, one for The Stone Prisoner and one for Blood Dragon Armour and by some weird mishap the codes were mixed up, the code for The Stone Prisoner was on the Blood Dragon Armour card and vice versa. I just thought i'd give the Blood Dragon Armour code a bash considering i got nowhere with the other one, miraculously it friggin worked!
