This is the first glitch/error I've come across in the game so far. I'm playing the PS4 version of the game and I have imported a world from Dragon's Keep from my previous saves from the other Dragon Age games. I go to speak to Varric since he says he has a friend he wants the Inquisitor to meet.
I've already spoke to EA customer service and was asked to post here, so I shall to help further this along. Now, when I speak to Varric and it gives me the two choices of either selecting the default appearance for Hawke, or customizing the look, the game will crash when I select the default appearance. It'll work for custom appearance, though.
I know it's a bit silly, but I played with the default appearance for Hawke in my Dragon Age II playthrough and I want to keep it that way.
The error only tells me to make sure my system is updated, as well as the game, and everything is up to date.
I do hope this gets fixed soon so I can play the game on my days off from work.
