I think they stopped the reusable codes back in March or something. But now i believe they've started it again with unique codes that can only be used once.

Bahhh Promo items irritate me... I HAD the chance to get Blood Dragon Armor but it expired when i didn't have the option of getting xbox live, they should just make everything buy-able on the xbox live marketplace after a few months. I'd spend up to 300 MS Points for that recon hood, maybe even 500 maybe D:

I think Ill take your advice and attempt this later. I was looking on ebay and there are a few people who are doing this.
