So, this promotion is still going? If I already redeemed one code to get one of the items, can I redeem more codes to get the other two?

Hey I need some help with redeeming the promo codes.



I have followed all instructions on the dr pepper site. The code successfully redeems however when I get to PICK A PRIZE and then click PICK THIS PRIZE, I get an error message "There has been an error. Please reload the page or try again later." Changing browser doesn't work.



What to do?

I am having the same problem as the two posts above. I contacted EA for help and they told me to contact Dr. Pepper. The Dr. Pepper help form says to expect a response within 72 hours. I am going to try EA again.

Update: Dylan at support.ea.com/chat hooked me up after I explained the problem. He gave me two codes to enter straight into masseffect.com for my Recon Hood and Umbra Visor.

Thanks for the info. I'll try that.

EDIT: I sent EA Support an e-mail, and it says that I'll get a response in 24 hours. So hopefully I can get the codes for those two items aswell.

"The Grey Ranger" hooked me up earlier and the codes worked although I am getting that error as well. Still can't thank him enough though, gonna go cry to EA with you guys now.

I'm experiencing the error since last night. I tried the support.ea.com/chat option, but the first person I chatted with insisted that I was getting the error because the items are X-box only, so I hung up and tried again. The second person said that they were working to resolve it, and to please be patient. This is really crumby, especially accounting for the fact that I had to drive around for over 2 hours looking for a place that wasn't still selling Iron Man themed or non-themed Dr. Pepper products. Oh, and the place I finally found was cash only, so I had to go to an ATM so that I could buy $2.50 worth of soda.

Keep trying with EA support chat. The first guy I talked to told me I had to contact Dr. Pepper because it wasn't EA's problem. It's one of those things where you just need to find the right person who knows how to be helpful.

Okay, after four different reps at EA, I've given up on this. Incidentally, my chat records indicate that I was in the Madden 2011 chat, but I can't find a link to the livechat other than support.ea.com/chat. Who is the Gray Ranger/Warden that everyone keeps talking about?

I've wasted one code trying to do this and now I'm stuck in a loop with the second one I tried, reloading the page with the error message and picking the recon hood over and over... hope dr. pepper fixes this mess.

No I've tried on 2 different computers, both Firefox and IE, and I have the same exact problem described here.

I will admit that I am a layman, but the root of the website where I'm getting the error message that others are getting is drpepper.ea.com, which indicates to me that it's EA's website that is not working. I noticed this when the 5th chat rep I chatted with indicated that it was Dr. Pepper's problem.



Honestly, this is not the first time that this has happened to me in regards to EA promotional items. If it weren't for Bioware making such great games, I probably would swear off EA for the remainder of my gaming days. I've already unistalled other EA games where this has been an issue.



As a side note for YNation913, once you have redeemed your code at the Dr. Pepper website, you can go to your code history, and clicking on the "More Info" link will redirect to the pick a game/prize site, so I don't think you've lost your code. At least, that's what I'm hoping, since I've already redeemed all three of my codes at their website, and can't pick the items.

the guy I chatted at EA insisted that he fixed the problem and that the prizes I picked were now available for download directly from the game on the XBOX 360 when I logged in. Heh, no new downloadable items on the list in the Cerberus Network it turns out. :(

Yeah The Grey Ranger gave me a code, but I got the error. I still appreciate it though.

Well, after basically nagging EA all day today (1 question opened at the site last night, and 5 chats today with different representatives) they activated the codes on my account. So, it is possible to get through the dr pepper/ea website not working, it just takes either a lot of patience or a lot of nagging. Or, both.

Like I said, NOT WORTH IT!!! They should release them for future DLC packs like the Inferno armor. Screw DR pepper, that drink sucks anyways.

Supposedly, that's what they did for me, but I can't find it anywhere on my account or on the cerberus network list of downloadable items. Any advice?

Well I still haven't gotten a response email from EA Support. Hopefully the error will be fixed by the time I manage to get another code.
