So, apparently the error only occurs when you pick a Mass Effect DLC prize, because the Bad Company ones work fine. Chances are the ship has sailed on the Mass Effect DLC.

If they aren't there, you probably have to contact support again.

Well so the problem with support was that they kept giving me the Bad Company DLC on my account. I had to ask them the name of the items they were supposedly giving me and it turned out they were fro BC, then I had to talk to like 3 other reps to make them understand that I was looking for Mass Effect 2 DLC only for them to say that they can't activate Mass Effect DLC on their end. Only hope now is for the Dr. Pepper guys to either fix their stuff or for them to just come out and say ME is no longer available.

Geez, now I feel insanely lucky that it only took me two tries to get a rep who would add the ME2 items to my account. Good luck to everyone.

I just tried my code again a few minutes ago, as I was having the same errors as everyone else, but it now seems to be working again.

I'll keep checking here,  I've been getting the caps out of the soda machine at work, and I only drink so much of the stuff.    I've got all that I wanted, since I had extra, I figured other people could at least get some use out of them.

I've got a couple at home.  My wife had some things for me to do yesterday, so I didn't spend a lot of time online.  I'll try and give them out tomorrow morning.
