Pretty sure that would have been EA's fault.

I am still looking for codes myself. Every Dr. Pepper in my local area is either standard or is Iron Man II promoIf anyone has any extras they are willing to part with send me a PM and I would be grateful =)
I noticed that as well when I was looking for them. All the bottled Dr. Pepper that I could find was Iron Man or just regular. However, check the fountain drinks in your area. I was able to find the 32oz fountain cups, and they are much less expensive (in most cases) than a bottle of Dr. Pepper. I got my three Mass Effect 2 items for a sum of $2.50. A little more expensive than a standard 3 piece weapon/appearance pack, but then, you get three sodas as well (and it doesn't even have to be Dr. Pepper!)

Anyone know the solution to this ? Anyone solved this by contacting Bioware/EA/Dr. Pepper support? If yes, please let me know the link, phone, steps you took. I'm in the US by the way, tried this with both IE8 and Firefox 3.6. It's definantly not a browser issue.

I currently have 3 codes, registration on dr pepper site went fine, directing to ea site went fine but every time I'm trying to choose one of the items from the list .. regardless if it is the umbra vizor, sentry interface or recon hood... I get "There has been an error. Please reload the page or try again later".

Small update, went to support.ea.com/chat and tried to get my dr pepper codes exchanged for umbra&sentry&recon added to my account but no luck ... EA support simply looks for a reason not to do this ... first it's a browser issue, then it's your location, then it's dr pepper's fault.... Long story short they apologize nicely before letting you know that it's a dead end as far as they're concerned.

Same story for me initially, they had me erase the browser cache, try in different browsers, etc., then blamed it on Dr. Pepper and said I'd have to contact them. I just waited a couple hours and then tried the support chat again and got a different rep. I started off by telling him everything I had already tried with the first rep, and that I couldn't contact Dr. Pepper because the help link on their site was also broken, and he just enabled the DLC items on my account.gecos wrote...

Same here. Reviewing my chat log, I told the rep that I'd tried in both Firefox and IE, that I'd cleared the cache in both, and that I could successfully redeem the Dr. Pepper codes at their site, but could not pick the prizes at the drpepper.ea.com site. He opened a ticket, and about 6 hours later, a senior at the EA help desk had activated the items.

Success! Unbelievable actually! Frustrated by EA support I decided to give it another go with the link from dr pepper promotions and this time it actually went through for all 3 items! At the end of the registration I could finally download them from my registered games promotion tab in the social network profile. Looks like the site works again, God knows for how long. Anyone who doesn't want the trouble of going through EA support should try the dr pepper site now while this thing works!

Thanks for the heads up! I've been meaning to redeem a code for the Spore addon.

I've been using the Sentry Interface ever since I got it.
I get to see Shepard's face and emotions while still getting to have SOMETHING upgraded, however miniscule the shield upgrade is(5%).
