Hey I figured out a way to acquire the sentry interface. If you hover your cursor over the recon hood or umbra visor icon in the helmet selection page, it will reveal a URL. Simply copy and paste this into the browser and edit "goodie=recon_hood" or "goodie=umbra_visor" into "goodie=sentry_interface". The edited URL should enable you to obtain the sentry interface.

Were you the one who posted this over on GameFAQs?  I just ran into this solution over there, and didn't test it since I got the items a while ago.  Nice to know it actually works.

well it'd be useless without an account, since the link is tied to your account.



Get a pal to do it for you if you like. and make sure you're right clicking ON the button to accept your gift, that's where the url you need to edit comes from.

Close. In fact, it was the link to proceed to the next page that has the URL you want to copy.

Select either the umbra hood or recon visor, right-click on the "button" that takes you to the next page, and select "Copy Link Location". If your browser doesn't have that feature, click "Properties" or whatever similar feature yours has and copy the URL from there.

Open a new tab or window, paste the URL into the address bar, and from there, edit the goodie to be sentry_interface as mentioned in the quote. Press enter to go and you should be all set.

I don't think it works like that. You have already redeemed the code if it shows as unlocked on your account. Whilst you can give the installer to anyone, what happens is that they install it and the on the connecting to Cerberus Network screen it says that its unauthorised so you can't access it in game.

There are cracks you can use but they work by not connecting to Cerberus Network at all which is a huge pain in the ass and torrenting stuff like this is really bad anyway because its unbelievable how much of this crap contains exes loaded with malware. In the end its not worth it unless you really really must have the Sentry Interface.
