Been playing for 55 hours now and Dorian still got nothing for me. I've done everybody's side quest and I'm tired of his default tarot card taunting me!

 

Is it a bug or do you get it really late in the game?

Dorian's tarot card never changed for me and I tried talking to him after each map completion/main quest completion.  Other than his very early initial companion quests (collection/personal quest) and a war table operation, there was not much to do that I could find.

One of the other characters gives you his personal mission.

Make sure to do all Tevinter war table missions too (I don't know if this helps but I did and got his quest more mid than late game)

His personal quest is bugged, and thus much easier to miss than BW intended.

Confirmed by EA - the quest is currently bugged.  Won't start for me either.

The chantry woman was standing in the middle of the main hall with a huge exclamation point over her on the map. Not sure how much easier it could have been to find.

She was never there in my game, and I had talked to Dorian a lot in Haven and gotten nothing but approval from him.
