I need help.

 

I'm level 18 and STILL have yet to earn a specialization. I wanted assassin.....but crud it is such a pain.

 

I know I need to go wandering Crestwood....somewhere to find 2 more leather tokens.....which I will try to find again today.

 

But what the heck is the 'Gather Knife Materials'. What knife materials? Talk about vague. Iron? 
 

 

Is this the Murder Knife requisition item? Where are those danged blades to be found? I've had three Assassin weapons in inventory at the same time....that doesn't seem to be it....can't craft it so I sold them (I have everything else)

 

 

(Oh, and where do I go to find those giant spider glands or whatever it is I need to craft a dragon slaying rune? Only giant spider I've come across was Snowball.)

The materials are just the 20 deathroots and the 3 assassins' tokens then you can simply create the blade on the requisitions bench.

Deathroot you find at the Crestwood merchant and the places where you find the assassins are these:

(Flats Target) - dwarf- head towards the Astrarium by Old Crestwood, if your approaching from the Flats you will bump right into him

(Black Fens) - Human male - He is pretty close to the dragon, just North Westish from the dragon, by the quarry if you already discovered it. (beware of going there ONLY after you removed the water else there's a big probability the quest will bug as the assassin will spawn on the water, drowning and making the token irrecuperable).

(East Hill) - Human Female - North West of (new) Crestwood is a small lake that has a dock and a fishermans hut. She will be just outside.

I hadn't gotten to offing all three of the assassins yet (not a long job-life if an up and comer needs to kill 3 of you to earn their spot eh?)
