Hi,

I'm playing a lot of the game, and I'm level 16, but I only got 2 Inquisition Perks this entire time. There's some way for me to fix it?

You have to gain Influence to unlock those perks... that mostly comes from quests, finding landmarks and agents, etc.  Level 16 seems very high to have only unlocked two perks though...

you should eventually get a vender in skyhold that sells books for +influence, that is if you've got a ton of gold to spend. but that vender might only be unlocked by doing certain quests

I already bought all the books, I'm on level 20 on influence, got 279 of power and 0 perks.

What?  In my game, whenever I go to the War Table with perk points (meaning, after gaining an Influence level), it automatically takes me to the Inquisition screen where you spend them.  You're at Inquisition level 20 and in the "Character Records" section, it says that you have zero perk points available?  If that's the case, it sounds like a horrifying glitch...

And if you go to the War Table and look at the list of Inquisition perks... you still have zero points to spend?

hmm, I'm lvl 11 and have 6 perks so far, you're certainly missing something

Look some pics. I thought I would win the perks another time and continued playing, but now I realize something's wrong. The language is Portuguese.

Well it does tell you what unlocks perks. Some are unlocked by spending points on other perks, some come from missions, some come from Wartable missions.

That's pretty bad... sorry but I have no idea how to fix this.  I didn't even know this could happen... :(

So it looks like I lost a small part of the game. Hopefully in the next playthrough is resolved. Thanks everyone's help .

OK, I have to say it (considering I couldn't figure out how to equip additional potions until a fellow player told me how D:)

Did you actually click on any of the unlocked perks to 'purchase them'?

the 'checked' mark should appear in the box (where the lock is now on some)

level 20 is the cap at influence tested by buying all those influence tomes and well you can not gain more influence after level 20. Sorry it seems this game has some fetish in letting you need more perks then you can get.

i know when I'd hit 20 perks I was unaware that it capped there..so I merrily went to the writ vender and spent a PILE of coin on more Influence..you can imagine my reaction when nothing happened with the Influence bar...but my coin didn't come back

OOH, I think you must have a pirated version, certain features don't work when its not a legal copy, its one way to try to keep people honest.  I've seen it in Far cry too, people were complaining about something not working, and the devs pointed out its because they have a cracked version.

Hope its not the case, but if so, that's why.  Good luck.
