Big Spike Buffy fan here, so I got the reference. There's even a scar It's perfect.
Now I realise that it sounds like I tried to recreate Spike (James Marsters). I wasn't, just his bleached hair and dark brows. Zoinks... this is my first Nexus mod and I'm freaking out
Finally I am done with the female complexions. I updated my first one again.... but there are 2 more now, another one for female elves, dwarfs and human, but also a qunari one. I hope whoever downloads will enjoy. Unfortunatley I haven't started any qunari yet so I couldn't take any screenshot of it other than the cc. Ok time for some sleep.

Could it be possible for anyone to create new texture (change the colors ) of the Ancient elven robes?
Depends on what you mean. Do you just want to change the materials it’s made from in-game or do you want it to have a completely different look?
If it’s changing in-game materials on existing items I don’t think that can be done yet but don’t quote me on that. Haven’t really checked this thread over the past week or two so I don’t know what new developments there have been. You can get a schematic for the elven keeper robes so you can make it out of whatever materials you want but I think it’s a random loot drop from the final dragon in Emprise Du lion. Unless of course you use something like the cheat engine to get the schematic.
As for changing the overall look of it to make it look completely different, that’s no more difficult than any of the other texture mods that have been done so far.
Okay that seemed to work, so now im scratching my head a little, it doesn't work for armor swaps, but it does work for other mesh swaps. hmmm. Maybe its a shader issue

I want be here Just say we are against any critic, and its ok for me
Sometimes ppl writing "what u think?" and when u tell em what u think they wanna ban u
You can't seem to tell someone "what you think" without being insulting. There's a huge difference between "It looks like it was ripped from a cheap Korean MMO," and "It looks like an outfit from Lineage," or "It has a Korean MMO aesthetic." The first one uses judgmental language to imply it's bad; the other two examples say kind of the same thing, but without the insulting overtones.
We are against any critics, I will personally remove anyone from this group that insults or offends any member of this group. Not having English as your first language is not an excuse. If you didn't notice no where in the title of this group does it say criticism is welcomed.
It also detracts the entire point of this group, and will cause unnecessary posts that do nothing but anger people. If you don't like what I said above go find or make your own modding group.
Some folks, here and elsewhere, have asked for feedback - and gotten insults in return. Others have gotten actual constructive feedback. Tact is important.
Personally i don't mind criticism as long as its constructive and not just say "yea this mod sux"
Exactly.
Yea, but some people will welcome criticism, others won't. After all modding is a form of art, an expression. I know personally that I don't welcome criticism, unless I "directly" ask for peoples opinions on something. Otherwise, unless they are able to contribute to what I'm doing, or know more...its practically insulting.
This is why I said "positive" feedback. When you say criticism it means both positive and negative. All negative does from what I've seen in the past is anger people, and even make them feel like not modding anymore. I don't want that kind of thing to happen, nor do I want to promote that kind of environment.
Totally understand here, Silvist. I'm about to give some Positive feedback on a couple of posted mods (both of which I'm using, so I evidently like them!)
Shantia! I LOVE your second complexion. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It looks great on Elves as well as humans. Here, have some cookies, and feel free to use them if/when you decide to post on the Nexus.

Kamael! THANK you for releasing this with PANTS! One thing I noticed (and I DON'T care, kinda cute actually, but I didn't know if it was your intention to leave it or not, so I mention it) is the lace is still there, on the legs, on what I think is the normal map. You can see it when the light hits it. I think it's kinda cute, so if that's a Feature, great! If it was just something you forgot, but you decide to keep it as a feature, great! If you'd rather remove it, that's up to you.
One other bit of feedback - I prefer to use the 3rd skin tone. These screenshots are taken with the 2nd, and the "skin" on the jammies is still too pale - I'd have to use skin tone 1 to get a good match. I know you're currently working on Human, and possibly something different for Qunari, but I'd like to make a request (for the future) for some darker skin tones (until and unless it becomes possible in the future to have it "read" the actual character skin tone, and I don't know if that WILL ever be possible on the jammies.) For MY taste, specifically skin tone 3, but I'm sure there will be others asking for darker still. Until that happens, I'll just tell myself it's a white chiffon overlay holding all the bits of lace in place.
No, it doesn't really "fit" with the world or the job title of Inquisitor, but I've always liked pretty things - and this rates HIGH on my "pretty things" meter.
Have some cookies (and I'll post them to your mod page if you want.)
@ Danariel - I did left the lace on pants, and is on all maps too I wanted it to look more feminine in any way I could since I really don't like pants at all
Also yeah I'm aware that the skin tone I used is really pale, but remember that I did this mod for my personal use and I wasn't planning on release it, now that I did you can count that I will release a version for darker skins (your tone seems good enough to me and if you can I'd like you to send some of those screenshots for me so I can have your tone as reference). I will also release a female human version for both pale and fair skin colors.
I'm glad you are enjoying the mod, even with the eventual issues.

Thank you so much for a qunari texture. This makes me so happy!
I am sorry but I need to complain XD I love the mod BUT could you guys do these without the eyebrows next time because if my character already has them I'd rather not start the whole game all over again 1000000 times just because you are creating these n__n'''

I thought that might be the case (on the lace) so - FEATURE!
I totally understand about you having made it for your own use, and I DON'T expect you to tailor it to my preferences...but if you are willing, it never hurts to ask. I think it's probably only a matter of time before someone asks for darker skin on the Nexus thread - especially those who are or play POCs.
The screens I posted here are skin tone 2, but I prefer skin tone 3 ( I play Rogue Archers, and it seems to me that someone who spends that much time outside and in the wilds wouldn't have a pale, milky complexion - she'd either be tanned, or sunburned!) It's the closest to my own skin color, which is caucasian, but quite ruddy (I also use the complexion with the veins on the cheeks, because I have that, too.) I'm about to re-create my character (again!) using the 3rd skin tone, and Shantia's face. I'll put screenshots on Photobucket, and send you the links.
And truly, I wouldn't call any of these issues, just some tweaks I'd like to see. At the end of the day, you mod for your own enjoyment. You release it on the Nexus for those who like what you've done, and to heck with the rest.
If you'd like me to take some screens (make some characters) with other skin colors, too, for reference, I'll be glad to help. I doubt you want to do every one, because there are only minor differences in some (like from 2 to 3), but the difference between 1 and 2 is very obvious, and I'm sure someone would eventually like it for the darkest skin tone, and maybe a couple in between.
My suggestion on the skin colors (should you decide to do it) would be to only do it for, say, the Silver. Or maybe the Silver for the lighter tones and the Gold for the darker ones...I don't think it'd be practical to do all colors in a bunch of skin tones. Honestly, I know differing skin colors is a lot to ask anyway, which is why I posted the request here rather than Nexus (so you don't get a chorus of ME TOO's.) I've done a tiny bit of modding for Skyrim myself (a lip mask and color change on Tavern clothes, plus a Character that requires a crap-ton of mods to make) so I know the requests will snowball eventually.
Getting NPC hair onto the player is not going to work without a tonne of additional work. It appears that it needs some kind of morph information, before its even accepted, I was able to swap the slot that already equippable hair was positioned, but as soon as I tried to swap it with a NPC hair (Including copying all the appropriate resources into the bundles), it just would not appear. I will continue to investigate.
I am planning to create a new character main character and I want him to have Cassandra's skin color is thst possible? If I have the toolset I will be aboe to pass it into character creation? Cuz I am really noob at mods :S. Edit: writing from Iphone the pain.... *cries*
