So before I left Europe I manage to get 3 decent looking hair styles for female humans, I changed the positions and rotation of some strands and (to me) it looks pretty good, and it actually imported pretty well in the tools and in the game surprisingly (this is by using the tool befor EHam updated it) I havent updated my tool to try it out (cause I don't have my pc with me right now and I am using my tablet) but if changing the position of some mesh parts worked with the vanilla meshes I may test it out with some of my own to see if it works

I don't have any pics with me right now sadly, as I mentioned I don't have my pc I'm on a tablet and I'm visiting some relatives , the whole trip I been thinking of making hair styles I can't wait to get home and post some pics. U guy will see the pics on the 26th cause that's when I get homeWould love to see some pictures if you have them

I downloaded the mod manager a few weeks ago. I currently run four mods... two jammies mods, no mustache mod, and no class restriction on armor mod.
Do I need to download the new mod manager or can I just keep using what I have? I haven't played the game since the new one came out.

You don't have to but its always a good idea to keep up-to-date with the tools since they're still in alpha and are therefore getting fixes/new features with every new version. If/before you update it's probably a good idea to check with the mods you use and see if the original modders have updated them with the new tools yet since I believe with every new version of the mod manager/toolset authors need to update their mods.

Any mods updated to or created with the newest version of the toolset will need to be run with the newest modmanager. It features some fixes and is backwards compatible with older daimods (you can convert mods where necessary).
I'd advise people upgrade.

I tried re-creating them but the same thing happens. What is the debug fix?
I have modding tool v1.20 alpha, is that not the latest version?

Nope, latest is DAI Modding Tool v1.23 alpha coupled with ModManager v0.47 alpha. Will have to wait for the forums to be back up to get it, should solve your issues.

You can import both daimods and distributables and fix them with the new version of the toolset afaik.

omg please if someone could do solas nude mod I would appreciate it a lot... *_* I need him nude for my upcoming vids XDDDDD (I am obiviously going to sensure the vid but using flycam.....so... I need him nude) I heard you could use cheat engine but idk how it works with the companion and if the game will crash :S

Thats correct, all you should have to do, is load the mod in (regardless of type) and save. This will then add the toolset version in and detect it was created prior to v1.24 and fix up the textures.
The only mod I had issues doing this with, was the Morrigan Makeup mod, but this was actually due to the ampersand in the description, I am not santising my lines (Fixed now, but too small to just release on its own) so just change the ampersand in the description before saving.

Thank you so much for the link! I swear, I have the worst luck when it comes to getting these tools. I decided to get DAI Tools (for comparison to the new modding tool) the day Sourceforge.net went down for several hours, and now I wanted the newest version of DAI Modding tools (for fiddling around) and the forums were down.
Oy.

Well since daitools is still down, I'll give an update here. Good news is, I have successfully loaded the first complete reconstruction of an EBX file. Altering the contents of a container, by actually removing and adding instances, so no more just modyfing values. Theres still a fair amount of work to go, but its a step in the right direction.

I want to see if it would be possible to just texture clothing onto the base nude texture instead of dealing with the pjs. I've got the nude mod, and I labeled where I think everything is on the basenude texture in an attempt to see where everything meets up. The only thing is, when I go to look in game, none of the changes I made to the texture are there. My character is naked as a jay, but nothing I do to the texture seems to have any effect in game. Anyone know what the problem might be?
I saved in the same format as the original texture, and I previewed in the modding tool after I replaced it so I know it's the edited one going into the mod file.
