Thanks. Wish I could have finished it properly but it's probably best I try and work with the masks anyway. It's a shame about the skin though. I really like that shade and wish we had more "Mediterranean" style skin tones in the CC. I tried following Eham's instructions to get Cassandra's skin tone in there (after someone else asked him about it) but it was a no-go. My Hex editing skills are really limited.

interesting... got 3 messages today from 3 ppl with new acc... witch is weird cause i have my acc set to private so idk how they managed to send me a message.... but any who they were saying that my hairstyles suck, and why did i even considered doing this, I should go get a life or hang myself.....

EDIT just went to report them but apparently they deleted their acc.... seems like a waste to create a new acc just to say that... oh well haters gonna hate

I also make fan vids and some ppl come to dislike them sometimes (though the majority likes them) There are always some stupid haters and you know what... telling to someone to kill her/himself means that those ppl have something wrong with their head. I can't find the 2012 version, though :S anyone knows where I can buy it?

You don't really need a specific version of max, any version will do if you want to just model, (that and i see autodesk took down all the old versions anyway..) You can get the latest version, you will probably be better off cause it has new features anyway

edit I see now that u can only choose later versions of max only if you are a student or a professor. Students get it for free for 3 years

although I had 2012 version before, and I want to use it with Mass Effect 3 as well. Does the ME3 models work in the latest version too?

yes, if the model is in an obj,fbx, collada or .max format it will import

if they provide a script for max to do import psk it will work
all the versions of max don't come with a psk impor/export ppl just do max scrips for that

The 2012 version of Max can use Gildor's actorX scipts for psk's. We use it for ME3 modding.
Looking at the changelog it should work for 2013 as well nowadays but I haven't tried.

They haven't specifically added support for it no, but it's possible nothing changed between 2013-15 for it to break again so there's only one way to find out. I use 2012 myself.

Well, the way I do it is a bit of a pain and takes a bit of time, with the state that the modding tool is in right now, but I can make a mini tutorial with screen shots if you want
