It's not in the patch folder, it's in the Update folder... that's what the readme told me to do. *puzzled*
Hmmmm. What language is your game? I knew that there were problems previously when the mod had a different language.

English; I'm American.

Hmmm, I have no idea what the problem can be then, and unfortunatley I am no expert ![]()
Unless the person who made the mod has it in another language
Make sure you have the folder itself, don't take the files out of it. So the structure should be update/modfoldername/modfiles(like package.mft and data folder)Unfortunately, I'm getting a CtD every time I try to load the game with the mod in the Update folder. :/ Trying to see if I can fix it.
I am already working on my new head texture, this is not the finished product, it might end up looking completely different even hehe.

I like it, would you upload on Nexus or on the modder forum one day ?
Will you also recolor the bottom of the outfil ?
I love the mix of colors you used. ![]()
@Shantia: Very nice, I love how you shaped the brows! Finally got a chance to recolor the jammies today. I tried to give them some sort of military flair, so fancy.Spoiler
Wow, this looks great!

Didn't play to see if it works (since I'm still in haven) but the game loads fine, no CTD
P.s.- also using English language
I have another friend it's working fine for. I downloaded his to check if it was a corrupted file in my copy, but it's the same deal.
And it's in there. I swear, I have basic zipping and unzipping down. it's in the Update folder, Halamshiral Finery Standalone, with Data and package.mft right where they're supposed to be. I don't get what's wrong here. :/
The second I delete the mod from the Update folder, it works fine again. Could it be the pathing? The fact that I installed on D rather than C?
is the game up to date? i seem to recall Ehamloptiran saying it needs to be updated before the mod-patching can be used.
other than that, sorry, i have no ideea
i just unrarred the folder under update, and it worked.

Thanks ChaosI may upload it to the nexus when support for the normal format is implemented.
It still needs some polish but since I'll be moving on to other stuff for awhile, here: http://www.mediafire...w/Ell_EFVar2.7z(Elven ladies only for now.)
Thank you very much ![]()

Yeah, it's up to date. I swear, I really do have the basics down here. Wish the fix was that easy. :/

If you don't want to bother with Nexxus and supporting 100 people just give us a link here, we know how to install ![]()

PS: Does your update folder look like this (excluding the flames and DeLuxe folders, those are for the collectors Edition)

O_O No! I have Patch, but no Patch1. I have a Halamshiral Finery Standalone folder.
I've hit Check for Updates like a million times today, and I tried repairing my game as well... it keeps saying it's up to date, but I don't have a Patch1 folder. Strange!
then you are ok
Patch is the Bioware folder, Patch1 was my own personal mod for red jammies
you might have to just erase the Halamshiral and create a copy of patch with another name. then modify the copied packages.mft file on notepad to say Version 4
Oh... crap. :/ Well... I guess I'll ask my friend for his already-opened folder just in case the problem's in the extraction. At least then I can rule that out.
There are still caveats to using patches, it may work well for one person and not another, unfortunately you fall into the second category for the time being, issues are being investigate when possible.
lol guys apparently we are "famous" once more?
Adela would you put one day your sexy eyebrowns on Nexus or on the modder forum ? ![]()
You talked about your haircuts only so I was just wondering... *shy*

Sure, but they are not as cool looking as Shantia's btw what is a good site to upload data without making an account?
I won't mind to have both XD (in the futur when toolkit allow it)
Anyway Mediafire and Megafile are a good sites for small files.
Their download speed are rather quick.
For big files you will probably need an account (I'm not an expert), imo.
Dropbox require an account but you can upgrade for free till 10+ GB (from 2GB). You just need to give link to people to register on it but it's a bit slow... but that's the only one I know for free account. Maybe others will know more about that matter.
