After that wonderful closure of the first meeting with Corypheus, where the lonely Inquisitor makes his/her way thru the snow (could be longer than that, is one of my favorite parts in game), is when I really fell in love with this game.
I got the feeling that it would be more personal than the two previous Dragon Age, and then I first got into the cutscene in which Solas guides the Inquisitor to Skyhold; I was amazed to have my own castle! Immediately I saw myself modding everything there, to make it really my own place with my character's personality.
I'm probably not finished yet, but I'm satisfied with how it looks for now, time to move on to another textures. I know, too many pictures, but I figured that this is the modding thread, and the authors of the tool are making it so we can make some nice mods, might as well show it!

I'm awake of some flaws, but make a patch with over 60 textures adding them one by one repeatedly is not cool -.- I will fix them when I make my final patch for Skyhold.
Everything I did above is only possible thanks to the wonderful guys who are making the Tool for us, thank you is never enough!

@Kamael - Wow, I really like the color theme you used for all of your texture! I never unlocked all of the different customization options for the keep, but I like yours better lol. The carpet to the throne never looked so good!
Though the inquisitor's room was probably my favorite of all! I loved the tapestry with blue flames..reminds me of Kayin's artstyle for his mod:

I'm going to release the Skyhold customization at some point, I just need to find out why some textures have problems with their normal maps, then I'll upload on Nexus.
PS: One thing I forgot to tell is that most of the carpets are from various factions (Chantry, Tevinter, Orlais), so I can see my custom carpets in various areas of the game hahaha... Well, to me is not a problem, Skyhold is what I care about, the rest I just take as people enjoys Kamael's deco style and ordered some carpets from my Inquisition (which also explains why I have so much gold on my inventory )
I think a lot of people are hoping you release a face mod with that tattoo too

When the modding tools are further along it should be possible to take female romance dialogue from elsewhere and splice it into the conversation. With a bit of clever editing, it could work.
Would take someone pretty dedicated though.

But you are 100% correct, to do a mod like that you need mesh swap, mesh editing, audio editing, conditionals and a whole lot of time and dedication.

Eham and Warranty Voider are still working on tools for mesh swapping. We have already seen some awesome models created by talented modders (Adela having churned out the most hair, as far as I've seen) but until the mesh swap breakthrough is achieved, we're on hold. I know, I've been mostly lurking here, too, as I have no 3d sculpting skills. This seems to be the most eagerly anticipated upgrade to the game.
