Well guys i've been trying to get the Cerberus Spirit for hours... I think i have made 9999 points more than five times, yet i don't know how to unlock the armor.
I have reloaded my save game, exited the game, checked the emails... Even repaired the game on Origin!
What do i need to do to unlock it?
First, you need to read the email telling you you broke the score board. Only then can you go up to where the armor is at and pick one of the three options.
If you did things in that order and still don't get to pick some armor I am afraid I can't help. It has always worked for me.
I should also ask: is this the first playthrough with this Shepard, or NG+ (New Game+; a new game with an imported ME3 Shepard)? On NG+, you cannot select an armor if you already selected an armor on the first playthrough.
As the others have said, you need to score over 9999 points, then read the message from AAA saying you broke the scoreboard and that they will give you armor as a reward. Then you go to the prize pickup and click on the spinning mannequin with the armor to select your armor.
