(I posted this in a couple of areas but thought I'd just create the topic and get everyone here that wants to comment) 

 

Yap, that's all I got. I'm already very frustrated with this game being much harder on hard then I ever recall of of any bioware game, but after some digging on this forum, this seemed like the go to strategy to get lots of damage. Well I'm not impressed, and I figure once again, I'm doing something wrong if everyone else is mopping the floor with this combo and I don't even manage to get the enemies to half health (well maybe after the burning they get there, but that takes a while of course). So what am I doing wrong?

Solos currently has the right half of the Spirit Tree and Most of the Fire tree done, he has a staff that has 96 dps (Item level 18). One person was saying that he has extra attack percentage on his gear, 50% if I recall, is that something I need to look into? I'm bankrupt at the moment from buying my own armor prints though.

This should be more. My mages (Lvl23/24) have 60-72 weapon damage staves and their fire mines hit for 8-9k with crits up to 18k. Do not look at the dps value, check the weapon damage value because this will be used for spell damage calculations.
