So I read that there's a perk called deathblow that lets you automatically crit against feared enemies. But for the life of me I can't find it.

deathblow is in the dual daggers rogue tree, but afaik it does no such thing.

 

in the subterfuge rogue tree you have a passive that turns all your hits on sleeping and panicked enemies automatically into crits name of the ability is mercy killing
