make sure you have an xbox live acc associated to the ea login your using, you can do that just by starting up the game on your console, should be there, if your like everyone else that made a mistake, make a new gamertag, with xbox live, and register it under the email you used the code on, then download the armor through the main menu, of the system game, it should say NEW CONTENT AVAILABLE, afterwards, just log back into your normal gamertag, and the armor and weapon will be there. PS. THE ARMOR IS TIGHT, and the WEAPON KICKS ASS

here's my understanding of how it works (because thats how it worked for me) if you don't have an EA accoutn when you first put in the mE game you will be prompted to create on this means if you have a differetn e-mail linked to your gamertag and you used another one to register on the webpage you will have two accounts but only yhe account that is linked to your gamertag will be the one automatically recieveing the information,, uhm lets say your gamertage is powerlord3 and its registered to livelol@hotmail.com but you have a bioware/ea account reigastred to a different mail lets call it ilovebioware@hotmail.com then if you redeem your codes from this account when you login into your gamertage they wont be chosen as redeemed i don't see the piont to have multpiple accounts . . .for starters but check on your profile if the accopunt is linked to te gamertag you want then you shouldn't have a problem

What that means is that you got the bonus for both the Xbox 360 version and the PC version. You could buy both and still have the Terminus stuff, I guess. You can't download the first one because you have to get it through Live.

Sounds good.  Hey, I had a question, if that's okay.  If anything I download through Live with this service gets accidentally deleted (you never know), can I download it again through the game extras menu?  Or is this a single opportunity DLC?

Hey guys, check this out. Not sure if this has been posted yet or not but I noticed that after I put in the code that was sent to me in the the e-mail (I ordered the 360 Collector's Edition from EAStore.com) when I got to profile -> your registered game promotions, I see that I have the pre-order armor and stuff (and the Blood Dragon Armor from the DA pre-order) unlocked for both the PC Version AND the 360 Version (My Gamertag is tied to my account even though I'm using different e-mails for each). Can anyone actually test to see if the gear is really there?

Is there a way to change the ea account sign u r using in me2 cuz I signed up a long time ago with madden I think with a ea account and it logs into that account grrr...I want a prompt to change my ea sign in to the same email I used for xbox but it won't let me change my ea sign in...damn u ea for making easy stuff so complicated wtf

I too am getting a little concerned.  And frustrated (partly due to the fact that I've still got a crapload of homework to do tonight...stupid Multivar...).

I had this problem when I signed up with Dragon Age.  My original email on my gamertag had changed, and I couldn't link the two.  When I called Customer Support, they were very helpful, and linked my Gamertag to my new email (which I had created the EA Account With).  When I typed in the codes online, I to was concerned about the download thing, but when I logged back in on my xbox it showed everything there and I downloaded it.  Not sure where I find it, or when I get to use it, but that's another story.....

Now the Blood Dragon Armor I'm supposed to have is puzzling to me.  All of the media for it says ":Get it for Mass Effect 2" but I have yet to see any reference to it in the game, or as DLC shown within the Cerberus Network part.  Does anyone have any info on that?

For those of you playing ME2 on Xbox 360, here's how I got my DLC armor and weapons:

1. I loaded up ME2 on my 360.
2. I was asked to log into the EA network, and I supplied the email and password I used to create my EA/Bioware account when I first played Dragon Age (I played that on my PC).
3. My login info was accepted, and I was taken to a page where I could input my download code.
4. I was then taken to a menu page that showed "New Game", "Extras", and "New Content Available".
5. I went into the "New Content Available" menu item, and saw all the items I was entitled to as part of my ME2 pre-order and my purchase of Dragon Age.
6. I chose each one to download them into my 360.

Note that I did all of this on my Xbox 360, and not by going to the masseffect.com website on my PC.

****, ive barely played the game and i got it at midnight. my email on the bioware site is @gmail then on ea its @live. i changed the ea one to @gmail because i cant figure out how to change it on this bioware site. and to make things worse i believe i put the wrong email in on my xbox and of course there is no way to fix that for whatever reason. im so pissed i dont even want to play this game anymore.

I'm still waiting on UPS but reading the stuff on here does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling. I use a Hotmail addy for Live, which is what it seems to require, and Gmail for the rest.

I am also curious as to where evrybody bought their games at, if that might be part of the problem. Mine was direct from EA's site. But only because they would not let me cancel the order a month ago.

You Guys, If it says that your armor went through for the PC it means that both are acctive, Just look a bit back in the Posts, a Bioware guy was here earlier. Make sure your gamertag is on your ea login that you used.

Maybe a stupid question, I show the stuff downloaded (except for my blood dragon armor), but don't see it in my inventory, is there another place I should look?
