im sooo confused i think game stop gave me a PC code and i need a 360 code wtf?
I have the same issue, but on the front of the terminus codes card it says XBOX LIVE on it....So I don't think that it's a PC code...I dll'ed the code and I figured it was just a text and open it to get the code but I can't open it b/c ME2 isn't installed on my PC.
Only EA could have made this the mess that this is....

Theturtleking earlier wrote: "If you were like me and redeemed codes online, but then somehow you put in the
wrong email when the game prompts you to make/log into an EA account when you
first boot it up, I have a solution. I just used another one of my Xbox Live
accounts (it can be silver, you can probably make one if you don't have an
existing one) and went into Mass Effect 2. It prompted me for the account again
and this time I put the right email. Bam, could download all the stuff I
redeemed codes for. The cool part is that apparently, the 360 recognizes any DLC
you have downloaded, regardless of the profile, so I was able to access the DLC
in my originally screwed account, even though I downloaded it from a different
account. So, DLC in my real profile; that made my day. I hope this information
will be of help to others."
You have the ability to make 4 accounts on XBox live. I had made, but not activated a second account so buddies and such could play split screen games on the same console. You need to go through the process of activating or creating a second (or third or fourth account). When you are creating this account on XBox Live make SURE that you use the EXACT same email that you are using on this forum that you used to get the bonus equipment. Once you have activated your second account with the email you used on this web site, start up Mass Effect 2 and it will bring up creating a new EA account. Enter your email yet again, same as your new profile, and same as you did on this website when you activated the bonus items.
Now, the game will say you don't have Cerberus.. DON'T PANIC YET. IF you had activated the Cerberus system under your first account, ignore this message and simply bypass it to the main menu of the game. Cerberus was still active for me. When I went to the download page, I was confronted with two choices, one being paying for Cerberus Access at 1200 points (yeah right, I already have and am using it to see this page in the first place) and... TERMINUS ARMOR AND WEAPON!!! YEAH! So I downloaded it. I then signed out of this new profile, and went back to my original profile.
I panicked again when I checked the download page and Teminus weapon/armor was no longer listed. I was about to bang my head into the wall, but I loaded up my game once you gain command of The Normand, went to Shepard's Quarters and found Terminus Armor! Now, you will still see your original armor, but I noticed the slider could now be moved instead of fixed on the standard armor. Slide it one right and boom there it was. I haven't seen the weapon, but Terminus Armor and the weapon are combined in the same pack and I didn't check my weapon cabinet yet. I was just excited about activating the armor and came here to confirm.
If any of this sounds confusing, ask and I, or someone else can try to explain it better. I'm writing in a bit of a frenzy as I have important things to do...
In the future... EA/Bioware... just use the standard system.

HELLO???
I want someone from EA to tell me how they're going to get my DLC to me. I am having the same problem as the gentleman above: Whenever I try to link my GT to this account it tells me my GT is already in use.
This whole farce has been utter crap. Do EA and BioWare care about their loyal customers who pre-ordered the more-expensive Collector's Edition MONTHS in advance?!?!

1. Registered the game on the ea site.
2. Started the game.
3. Entered the code for the Cerberus Network and then hit continue.
4. Went back to the ea site.
5. Went to the redemption code page and checked to make sure that my gamer tag was listed below my e-mail address.
6. Entered my codes and did NOT download anything.
7. Restarted my xbox and the game.
I was then able to download the content. I have not checked Shepard's computer yet, but things are looking good so far.

Code works on all versions of the game (well, I don't know about the Mac). The stupidity is they don't explain this to you so 90% of the people who entered the code are freaking out when they end up with an .exe file after registering on their pc.1DiscoBob wrote...
I'm in the same boat as most of you, got some damn PC/Mac exe. file. called gamestop and got another code but don't want to try and redeem it till i find out how the heck to get the 360 version. this whole terminus business has left me with a headache they just need to put it up for free on the marketplace. it was a bad idea to make it redeemable this way.
The trick is, you need to have the same email account that you used to get on this website/ea website as the one you entered when starting either this game, or another EA game in the past. The problem is, some people, like myself have changed eMail in the past, don't remember what eMail they registered under with an EA game in the past then enter the wrong one.
They could have simply used the xbox dashboard redeem code system instead of using this stupid system. If they insist on doing it this way, they need to atleast EXPLAIN in detail what is happening. Did ANYONE here on Xbox NOT freak out when registering and getting an exe file who hadn't done this before?
Some of us have jobs in the morning... being groggy at work was a price some of us were willing to pay to finally get Mass Effect 2. Groggy, but happy in the morning. Instead, not only was I tired this morning, I was furious at all the BS I had to go through to get everything that I had just payed good money for. Between this and Pinnacle Station DLC I think this is the last EA/Bioware game I preorder.

There isn't one code or the other. Using the Terminus code gets you both the 360 and the PC unlock for that item. If you have the game on the PC, download the file. If you have the game on the 360, log onto it and activate it from there.
You know my "Common Sense" was telling me, I should be able to get the DLC through my xbox live account but then I did the stupid thing of actually reading the instructions on the card, the card that so happens to have the Xbox 360 Logo showing below. The Card said to go to the website, follow the link to redeem your code, enter you ea acount info, redeem you code, download you item, load up your copy of Mass Effect 2 (By this time I was scratching my head... HUH, "load" up my Mass Effect 2...? Makes no sense UNLESS you have the "PC" version, which from the card I received it is NOT the PC version but the instructions sure do sound like instructions for the PC version. ARGH!!!
Also GREAT point about those who may not even have an Xbox LIVE account. This is all so very strange, how did any of these issues escape EA or Bioware????
