I am having same problem. Followed all the steps and account even says just restart xbox360 and it will appear. Appear where? Why wont EA monitor these forums and help us. I notice they threaten to boot us if attack personally so why wont they post an snwer to this question. I'm a converted ps3 gamer and I love my Xbox 360 now wont go back but this is just aggravating. I usely wait for game to be used or on sale but i wanted the armor and gun. now I can't get it to my Xbox.

i had to make an account here, had to get an ea account, and have to be on an ea game just to link my xbox live to my ea account so i can get my armor.....

This is all such bunk! This whole BS trying to figure out the code situation then figuring it out and the armor STILL DOES NOT SHOW IN MY GAME?!?!?!?!?!?



FUNK THIS! After seeing I am not the only one having the issues I'm done! If the funking armor doesn't show up in my inventory soon I am filing an official complaint against EA and Game Stop for false advertising, Period. End of discussion. Have a good night!

Damn, i own spore for the computer..and have a seperate login for my 360...accedentally registered my Terminus Armor into my Spore login...and now it won't let me have it on the 360....any ideas?

I would say talk to EA support, see what they can do. Or try a Bioware Support, if there is one. not sure. But EA support should be able to direct you there if they cant do it.

this is some BS.... I created a EA account when I got Madden a year ago and I dont even remember what any of that info is (username, email, or PW) and when I try to create a new EA account and then try to link my gamertag to it, of course, it say that MY gamertag is already linked to another EA account.



So I take it that i'm just screwed or do I have to call customer support?

Is there anyway to "unlink" my gamertag w/o sitting on hold for two hours?



If anyone can help me I would appreciate it..... if i can't get it soon I will just give up....

Unfortunately, at this time, we have no way of doing this. Once a Gamertag is linked to an EA.com account, it is linked to that account permanently.





Just pulled this straight off EA's customer support section!



So it looks like if you dont remember you info on the original account THEN THERE IS NO WAY TO EVER GET THE DLC!!!!

I read allot of messages of people including me with the same problem. EA is screwing up big time, and we customers/supports of BioWare cant even download OUR OWN content anymore? Please come with a fix.. I paid €65 euro's for the C.E. Edition of Mass Effect 2..
