I registered the game, but when I go to the thing to download it where it warns you this is the one time you can, it shows my PS3 only because I have only registered DA:O for that system previously. Despite the fact that it shows I have registered ME2, when I go to "my games" on the right it only says Dragon Age. What the heck am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to create a new account? Well, I found I had to make another EA account (wasn't really clear how it links to Bioware's site etc) and create that one using the e-mail that matches my XBL account - there seemed to be no option to add my XBL gamertag and info to the account I created to register Dragon Age on my PS3, which I thought was odd. I then returned to the "promo code" page and this time it displayed my xbl gamertag and e-mail instead of my PS3. Great. I entered the code and all that I got was the download for the PC. I am assuming this is included with every code and it means the code is also activated on my xbl account and I'll see it once I start the game. I hope so or I am going to be pissed. : )
I just didn't want to start the game til I took care of downloaded the gamestop stuff, but I've gotta say, I found the whole thing confusing, lol.

Oh, they'll get in to work at around 9am tomorrow morning, at some point in the day somebody will take a look at this board to see what sort of praise their new game is getting, this thread will be over a dozen pages long by then, and it won't be happy surprise. That's my guess.

I get the feeling that in the next few days EA/BioWare will realize that people are complaining and make sure that our problems are fixed...  They're probably all working on other issues that may have come up since it just launched less than 2 hours ago... more like 1:17 ago (at least from Eastern Time.  In VA)

I followed the online instructions, and I am positive my email I registered for EA is my XBL's email. Now I downloaded the exe and now I can't seem to get the Terminus armor for my 360. It doesn't show up on the extra content screen. Only the blood dragon armor and crash site normandy shows up. Don't tell me I used up my once chance because I downloaded the exe.

i followed the cards and downloaded the .exe files just like it said. if i lost my chance to ge the content on my xbox i am going to be furious!

Not sure that this will help address all the questions/problems here but...



I just followed the instructions as well - if you do follow the directions (and have the option of downloading the armor on your pc/mac) - go the Xbox Live marketplace and the Terminus Armor, etc should be available to download there as well (it won't be until you have registered it here on the site).



I just downloaded mine - file size was like 54MB.



It must link to your gamertag (by comparing the e-mail addresses from your XBL tag to the one you registered with EA).

i just reloaded the game, and the collectors armor and the terminus armor just showed up in the "new download content" area. so hopefully its ok. leave it to EA, to make a relatively simple scenario w the MS download codes 4x more complex then it needs to be. i was gonna play tonite, but now i'm so friggin tired and frustrated i'm just gonna go to bed. EA, you suck.

When you go passed the title screen, it asks you to sign in to EA's crap. By signing in to EA's crap on my 360, it gave me access to download the Terminus gear and Normandy Crash Site. It also mentions Zaeed when I scroll with RB & LB in that menu. I hope this helps some people.

It was exactly what i did, but the only thing avalible for download for Blood Dragon armor and the Normandy crash site. Perhaps it was a lottery and i didn't get picked lol.

Yep, don't try using your iphone to download the .exe file wont allow you to. My promo code cannot be retrieved, due to the fact i cant get to the download screen again. EA strikes again!

There were only 2 downloads for me as well.  The Terminus Armor & Terminus Weapon in one and the Normandy Crash Site in the other.  It looks like Zaeed is on the disc or something, because in the "Connected to Cerberus Network" panel, it lists him as one of the 3 things I've unlocked.

So since I redeemed my code on this and downloaded the file does this mean I dont have the oppurtunity to get it on my 360? And if not, im not even sure if the email i used to register is the one that is with the EA thingie before the game boots up. so what happens with that?

as long as the email is linked with your xbox gametag, just type in the redeem code and it should appear in the new content screen ingame, you download it there

Oh man, I just wasted the five bucks I spent to get the Inferno Armor preorder box at Best Buy.

My Xbox email and ea email are different.  I just redeemed the PC version.

Why does this process have to be so convoluted?

Well I registered my code here with my EA account. Just so happens my XBOX Live account is linked with another EA account so i might be SOL. I'm trying to chat with an EA person right now, hope i can get this fixed.

Lol I did the same thing you did. Now I don't know if the code will be used for the Xbox 360 or not

I just did the same damn thing and now it wont let me redeem it for my 360
