So super fun, my XBL account is linked to one EA login, while some other random stuff is linked to the other. Not sure which one I put the code into but I'm getting the same computer issue too.



This is pretty frustrating that there would be different codes. Just program your system to read them the same. For real EA?

I guess there is no point in posting any more comments since its not helping the situation...I'll just wait and hope there is some way they can fix this, i mean they do have our email we registered with,and they are bound to hear about all this hoo haa so maybe they can contact us through our email and fix this mess,im just thinking positive, if not im sure this will eventually be DLC and ill just re-buy it lol. hopefully things work our though

glad im not alone in my log in problems. im irritated that EA ha us going through a "middle man" when we could just simply redeem code on the 360 like every other game and be done with it on one electronic system. not like they dont already have problems with their DA add on and glitched achievements. ha anyone figured out what to do if their codes show up as for PC when they need it for the 360?

The issue I've run into is that I have two EA accounts. I believe one I actually use for Madden on the 360 but it's not linked to my XBL account. So I can't re-enter the code on my XBL-linked EA account apparently. I'm going to try this live chat thing, have them tell me I'm boned and write an angry letter. Attached will be a picture of me looking angry, so they get the point

The code is the same for the PC version and the Xbox, the problem is the Email for your xbox account and your EA Account, Anyone know how to change your xbox ea login?

My account on this site is not linked to my xbox gamertag. It just says my email, no gamertag. My buddies' does say his tag. I downloaded the armor from the gamestop dlc and the cerberus, and went into the game and it doesn't work. My dragon age armor works fine. Not the ones I d/led tonight. What's going on? Other than EA f*cking up yet ANOTHER game, I mean. I'm going to be expecting to be comped back for the Xbox points I'm about to drop on this f*cking stupid Cerberus sh*t.

Well, I had the same problem but I entered the code here then I rebooted my game and the Terminus Weapon and Gear was there to download. You have to have your Xbox GT linked with your EA account when u use your code for it to work....

enter your codes it does work like it says.go to the new content available and it should be there.I just my terminus and collector weapon and armor

Ok I looked it up and it's screwed up, I log into my live account at xbox.com with this really old email and password and I don't have access to that email anymore. My current email is what's listed under my contact information once I log in there but I reiterate it's not what I log in with and I can't seem to find a way to change it so it is. Am I just hosed? Did I just blow my code by signing up here with my current email and inputting the code?

I think I need to speak with a customer service representative, how can I do that?

I get to where I try to add a 'persona' of my xbox live account and then get the message



'System Error. Please try again later.'



I'm pretty irritated, like most others, that EA would make you jump through hoops to get a in game download and have an account created which I WILL NEVER USE.



It's 11:55, i should be driving to pick up my copy of ME2, but am instead waiting to 'chat' with some tech person online.

I pre ordered it for the 360 online from gamestop, got my code today, but it downloaded it for the PC. finally found that i have it for 360 as well but how the hell am i supposed to down load if on there? anyone know?

u don't need to do it on this website. what u do is put in the game, use your Cerberus code and then you can download the armor, weapon, and crash park for free under downloadable content.
