same thing happened to me, i have my CEREBRUS linked to my other email and my original gamertag and my Teremis armor linked to my other email... UGH

Alright...it worked. Terminus Gear code is the ONLY one you have to do here (360 users). Go all the way until it says to download...ONLY DOWNLOAD IF YOU'RE A PC USER (this should be obvious to most) just close the window if you're a 360 user...turn on the box and "New Downloadable Content" should show up in the main menu (of Mass Effect 2...just to specify) with the Terminus Gear and whatever else you haven't downloaded yet.


Cerberus Code entry should prompt when you first start the game...it did for me at least...and Blood Dragon Armor should already be set to download if you already did it on Dragon Age: Origins.

When you first start up the game and you link your ea account to you xbox live gamertag it puts the dowloads on there. But first you have to redeem the code online. Im pretty sure you dont have to dl the .exe thats only for the pc version.

Shadows right...from what I'm reading on here...it looks like changing your LIVE e-mail will be a hell of a lot easier then changing your EA e-mail.

u have 2 go to account management on your xbox live account and go 2 change personal info and change the email there.

The process I went through is this.

I created my EA profile with my current email.



I entered the gamestop code and got the the download screen.



I then logged into the game, created my Cerberus Network link to my EA account, and have downloaded the Blood Dragon Armor as well as the Crash Site.



I checked my XBL account, and it was set to an old email that I no longer have access to.



I've changed the email to my current one, but have gotten no email.



I've shut down my XB and turned it back on, but the Terminus armor is not there on the DLC page.



What step(s) am I missing?

I'm having the same problem.



I got on here, put in the code, and when it said "Download", I closed it. Booted up my 360, set up the Cerberus account, then checked DLC. Downloaded the Normandy Crash Site....and there was ABSOLUTELY nothing else. So, I thought "Hmm...maybe it'll go to my GamerTag if I download it on my PC" and someone said the same thing in a post. No such luck.



BioWare and EA have failed us miserably.

It's going to take a bit for the e-mail change to take, you should have to go through a confirm I believe.
