If you downloaded on here you're screwed...if it didn't show up on your 360 then you're e-mails are most likely different.

Just to make it clear...just cause the Cerberus code worked....doesn't mean the Terminus Gear one will. You enter both in two different places so they aren't linked in anyway.



To be even more specific...if you put the Cerberus Code in on this website and you're a 360 user...I'm pretty sure you just lost your code. Same goes for 360 users that actually clicked the download link on here for the Terminus Gear. THESE ARE ALL ONE TIME USE CODES...ONCE YOU USE THEM THEY'RE DONE, GONE, NO MORE. Look before you leap and read everything (when there is something to read at least <_<)...you will only download onto whatever system you are using (YOU CANNOT TRANSFER AN EXE FILE FROM 360 TO PC AND VISA-VERSA)...instructions aren't always 100% correct either <_<.

So It says I have the blood Dragon Armor and the crash site on my hard drive, but is there anyway I can tell that I actually have them? Does the Blood Dragon Armor show up in my inventory when I got the change my armor?

I see exactly what I did "wrong" but EA needs to let me fix it. I followed all the instructions with the EA account I have always used...except my 360 seems to have been linked at some point in the past (who the heck knows when) to an old account of mine. So I linked all my DLC to my ACTUAL account and yet my ME2 only connects automatically to my old account, with no linked DLC. I can't find any way to tell my 360 to stop it and let me login under a proper email account, so I'm stuck with DLC I can't use because I can't in any way attach my old account info with the new.



Seriously EA, get on the ball with this one, because this is obviously a big problem. Your directions were screwed from the beginning and a whole lot of us seem to be getting screwed here.

If they downloaded...you're good, I've never heard of someone having an issue after they actually downloaded a DLC unless their hard drive is messed up or something.

Change the LIVE e-mail to the one that all your DLC is on....<_<

then your going to have to change the email for your GT to the one that is on the new account

u have 2 go to account management on your xbox live account and go 2 change personal info and change the email there.

xbox requires a windows live id and my second email is yahoo

Everybody listen follow the instructions to the word!!!! The folder u create will not close trust me.Then go to the downable content section of the game and ur stuff will be there.download it like u would everything else.2 get ur cerberus network just enter the code when u start the game.u will not get ur armor until u beat the prologue

my problem was even stupider, my sister linked my xbox to the wrong account on EA and now my xbla emai is on one account and me xbl sn another? this woulda been so much easier had bioware kept **** in house.... i hope they can fix this...

oh and dude the instructions werent correct- they werent even CLOSE. it TOLD us to dl it and then got to XBL the whole thing was screwed from the start- we were screwed.

I downloaded the thing onto PC even though I am playing on a 360. The whole process is ****ing bull**** and makes me want to gouge out my eyes. A simple code for XBL would be sufficient, EA. Instead I've been stuck for the past 20 minutes trying to figure this ****ing **** out instead of playing the ****ing game.

if you put in your code for the terminus armor on the computer for your 360 go to the dashboard and restart your game then it should show up on the new content tab hope this helps

same issue... my emails are different and so i dont get the armor... really upset I cannot get the gear on my xbox which is why i even bothered to pre order it.
