step 1, put the code in
step 2 start the game, and have to be connected to xbox live.
step 3, a ea thing will pop up, enter your email, pasword, check yes to all.(if you bypass this part, at the menu where you have new game etc.., hit y and it will come up again)
step 4, you will need to enter the cerberus network activation code that came in the game case.
step 5, go to the downloadable content in game where you have new game, load game, options, etc.. and download it
step 6, after you get to the point where you can use your personal terminal, you will get the message saying the download is complete, quit the game to the dashboard, load your game and check your terminal. You will have the message saying it's in your captain quarters, and the gun is where you setup your teams gear

almost forgot, don't forget to register your game at both sites, ea and bioware, not sure if it has anything to do with it but i did.

It doesn't show up. I'm sure it's because I have multiple emails and use one for online foprums and never even touch my Windows Live ID, which is what my XBL account is linked to.

I got my items. Just play the waiting game and it'll show up if you follow the instructions. Don't mind the PC download.

ummm ok basically if i entered the terminus armor on the computer and dowloaded it by computer...i wont get it on my 360!? or will i? O.o

you dont *have* to associate your gamertag with your ea online account. what you do have to do, though, is make sure you log into thtat exact same account from inside tha game.

for promotional material - it doesnt matter if you have the pc or the xbox.



one code is for both. you will be able to either download teh content (if you have a pc) or access it through XBL (if you use the same ea online account in game.

 To redeem the code for Terminus Assault Armor and M-490 Blackstorm Projector Heavy weapon 
click on redeem code and enter your unique code,  log in your ea account when it asks then click download .
Load the Mass Effect 2 game in 360 and check  in the game under new content available in Cerberus Network.

yes, this is DOWNLOADABLE content. whoever originally said it was on-disc was lying. we've said it a number of times.

just make sure that youre using the same email on the social side as you are in game!

if you have the pc version, you get your content from bioware.
if you have the xbox version, you get yoru content from XBL

connect to cerberus (click on the button for pc, or click Y on the 360).

you need to complete the process to the point where it asks you for yoru cerberus key. at that point you are authenticated to the ea servers.

That's fine for most people, but I did that exactly and it shows up here, on this site, that it's aquired to my account.  But then my buddy did the same thing (I was watching on his cpu while he did it) and his account here says it's linked to his xbox live account whereas my acct. info just says my email address.  When I log into the game and go to the main menu and click on "downloadable content" and go to the cerberus network and try to d/l it, the dlc menu (gray xbl menu) pops up, says it's a free d/l (you know, like it's already on my acct.) and then when I click that it says "can not download file right now" or something like that.  I don't understand, and it's late and I'm frustrated.

well, you enter your gamestop code to get terminus and gun - but yeah, thats the idea.
turn on your xbox...but use the SAME account from social !

Gamble, the instructions for the 360 codes lead us to the website and instruct us to download something and try to install it for the PC version.
