yes, this is DOWNLOADABLE content. whoever originally said it was on-disc was lying. we've said it a number of times.

just make sure that youre using the same email on the social side as you are in game!

if you have the pc version, you get your content from bioware.
if you have the xbox version, you get yoru content from XBL

So If i have my live account on the ea site (ex: "blahblah@live.com")  it should work if its the same as my live account on xbl? Do I also need to change my bioware email to match my live id as well?

When I try to link my XBL gamertag to this account, it tells me it can't find it. I am logged in. So i tried my actual GT instead of my windows live ID and it said that my GT was already taken.

I redeemed My code and it said my email was still linked to my old Gamer tag its BS i changed my emails back in the day and its not linked to that XBL gamer tag any more idk why they would still think it is

It seems rather ridiculous that you can't change your login information on the 360. What if you changed your EA account password online? That would mean that you wouldn't be able to log in on the 360 anymore... >_<

bah i don't know why they didn't make the code for use straight from your XBOX like ms does for points. Its messed up that ours/my emails are registered to our other game tags from when we switched Gamer tag emails and yet EA couldn't pick this up frustrates me. Now My Code is connected to one account with the email for my current account and my cerebrus account is connected to the other Thanks EA.

So, I'm pretty lost. I was able to find out what E-mail is under my windows live ID on the Xbox dashboard, but I redeemed the code under a different E-mail account. They are both Yahoo accounts. Can anyone give any sort of detailed information on how to remedy this... I have no idea where to even begin.

If I'm screwed, I'm only screwed out of the bonus armor and weapon right? I wont be missing out on anything else? The code that came with the game for the cerberus system or whatever worked and I was able to download that Normandy DLC... but nothing else is listed uner the DLC page.

It does not matter the people who had more than one XBL account and Swapped Emails to give up on one of the accounts are screwed cause apparently it only Syncs What ever Email you created first with XBL account. Cause i Switched Emails upon creation of a new account and it thinks im still on my old one.

The download for pc option showed up for me too but I didn't download. When I checked registered game promotions both xbox and pc versions were on the list. I booted up ME2 on my xbox, went to the downloadable content and I was able to download the Terminus gear and the Normandy crash site for 0 points.

Think I managed. It looks like you automatically log into your live account when you connect on Cerberus in ME2 (connected to your gamertag)

So:

1. https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do if you don't have an account using the live, make one here.

I think it automatically adds your xbox live account. if not, just add persona (just in case. I did this without checking ahead of time and it said my gamertag was already used)

2. Log into the mass effect website using your EA/live account.

3. Redeem your code for the weaponry. Make sure it says your e-mail and the gamertag underneath it.

4. Reload ME2, log onto cerberus and check the new content to download. Should be in there.



All in all, after finding out my gamertag was already connected, I redeemed the code. I restarted ME2 and it was instantly available for download.

Meh mine as well just play the game with out the gear. Sucks though they should of had this fixed before releasing does not matter though any thing EA touches becomes infected like BF1943 and the Rubber banding / Lag spikes there servers have they been Supposedly fixing them for over a month and the last update was last week with no new info. Just gonna stop buying stuff from EA all together cause all i get is a 65 dollar hole in my pocket and empty promises with some one not to get what was offered
