Hey there,
Am i the only one disappointed about those 2 factions?
I mean one seem to be a reskin of the other. Swordsmen are similar, archer too, assassin too, jus a big guy difference, and mage. Also the Venatori boss is a total joke (but that's not the topic).
I just feel those two encouters are the same in terme of tactics, i like (and hate 
) demons because they have differents and cool mechanics from the others.
What do you think?
Only the Swordsmen, Assassin and Archers are the same. Venatori has a Brute which is much more common than the Templars Knight and Behemoth. Horrors are better than Mages at range imo, especially when charged by a knight.
Templars really screw you over at range a lot more than the Venatoreasy faction.
what I thought was too similar is when I first played I thought the venatori was the Templars giant shields, silver shining on there armies least till I saw there mages and later learnt in the SP they were venatori
Templars have more ranged units and Venatori have mages. Knights and Brutes aren't similar. Commanders are very different as well.
Templars feel more varied than venatori. Likely because you can list off all the venatori units on one hand, and only often seen two.
That one red buster that shoots spikes tho. I HATE him!
