I have just unlocked the quest: In Your Heart Shall Burn. I still have not done any quests in Storm Coast or Fallow Mirr, will doing this quest block me from finishing sidequests in both of those zones?
A simple yes or no will suffice.
PS: I have recruited all playable characters aside from Cole.
No it won't.
You can go into any zone at any point in the game, as far as I know.
It will lock you out of one area.
Do the quest and you'll be fine 
You can move where ever you like at any point in the game.
Well, except from Haven.
I think I have done every sidequest in Haven, so thanks for answering my question.
If mod would like to delete/close this thread, then he or she can do this.
