I am looking to find decor and throne customization for skyhold but i cant seem to find them.  Does anyone know where to go or do to get these things?

All the decors will become available to you once your keep is fully completed, which takes about 1-2 main missions.

 

Thrones / Banners become available through quests, both main and side. Adornments are much harder to find. Some of them are hidden in caves, others are automatically gained. There should be a guide on them in the coming weeks as to where to find all of them, if there isn't one already.

 

Beds / Drapery / Windows can all be found at a merchant in Val Royeaux on the first floor.

 

Tapestries are already given to you, so that's easy.
