I'm about to start a new warrior game and I'm trying to decide which specializations I should get. I've tried all of them except for Reaver. Is it any good? Or what specialization combinations would you suggest? Thanks.

Well, if you've tried all of the others, there really isn't any point in picking something you've already played as before, right? Unless you really plan on substantially changing the outcome of your game via dialogue rather than systematic choices.
I'd say the skill's overall usefulness are rather situational. Talents like Frightening Appearance makes tanking extremely easy since it doubles as both single-target CC and a boost to your taunt and threaten abilities. Aura of Pain and Blood Frenzy can lead to a different, rather masochistic way of playing similiar to a Blood Mage, while Devour is really nice when you're surrounded by a bunch of lowly mobs.
I'd say the Reaver isn't the best, but it definitely goes well with either the Berserker or the Champion. The utility it brings meshes decently with these specializations. I don't know about the Templar, though. Alistair is already one, too, so I'd say you can safely pass on it.

Champion is generally used in all different builds. Rest is debatable.
My preference would be Champion > Berserker > Reaver > Templar.

I like Reaver. It has "Devour" which is just like Death Magic, but is only used once to gain health from bodies. Also the "Frightening Appearance" works really good to stun. The last 2 are ok, but they do continues dmg to your health similar to blood magic in a way.
Templar isn't to bad. The Holy Smite ability is really good for stunning crowds and mages. Also you gain a really good bonus to Metal Resistance. But it depends how you are setting your warrior up. I'd say Champion and maybe Beserker for more support. Templar or Reaver for more focused attacking like chasing down Mages.
My last warrior was Sword & Shield. I setup with Templar and Reaver and used him to assasinate mages. I would run in and strictly target them. It worked out really good and I could neutralize large crowds at the same time.

Berserker is great once you get all of the talents.
Reaver is a litle too weak to be worth it.
Templar is made redundant by mana clash. Hol Smite followed by scattershot can take down mobs with ease. But still a bit weak for me.
Champion is good for crowd control but again the affects are a little weak.
Personally, for my 2h warrior I chose berserker and saved the other specialization point to see what I could get in Awakening.

*SPOILERS*
During the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest you have to side with the cultists and defile the Urn. Kolgrim will then let you drink the dragon's blood which gives you the specialisation. Warning: Defiling the ashes with Leliana and/or Wynne in teh party will cause them to turn hostile and attack you. Even if not in your party Wynne will leave automatically when you return to camp, as will Leliana (however she can be lied to/persuaded to stay if you have high coercion).

Ok thanks Eudaemonium
I had my suspicions it was the urn of sacred ashes quest, since i was fighting reavers :L
But... it's not worth the loss of Wynne
I'll save it for another playthrough

Or just save before you taint the ashes and talk to them. Unlock it, then reload the save. BTW you can loose both Wynne and Leliana by tainitng the ashes. I did.
