Sorry if this has already been asked, but how do you obtain these?  I'm only Level 9 so guess it's a bit early.  Overwhelmed by all there is to do in this game as I've just gotten comfortable in Skyhold.  Overwhelmed in a good way, of course.

Several merchants sell those - including at least one in Val Royeaux.
