I was doing a batch salvage (salvaging equipment really fast) of Runes I didn't need. I received an Xbox join request and voice message back-to-back from an Xbox Live friend, when the salvage confirmation dialog stopped appearing though it seemed to still accept my "Salvage/Yes" input (Y and A) on Xbox. I could see the game still processing the salvages. Luckily I quit pressing buttons when I noticed the behavior occurring.

If you want to avoid accidentally salvaging on of your Uni/Rares, then you may want to disable Notifications. Has anyone else experienced this?

Edit: As a matter of fact I'm going to disable Notifications to see if the game crashes less.
