(My apologies if this is not the correct place to post this. I'm not sure where else to put it?)
I've put about 70 hours into DA:I so far, and I thought I was unlocking all sorts of trophies. I WAS. Honestly. All well and good, right? Well apparently, they don't really unlock. Earlier today I decided to take a look at which ones I've gotten, as some of them had interesting titles. I knew something was wrong when I brought up the trophy list and saw "9%" completed for DA:I. All of the main storyline trophies I'd gotten such as "Wrath of Heaven" and "Opposition in All Things" are locked?! You can't miss those. I KNOW I unlocked them, yet now they're locked again.
Okay, seriously, what the heck? I've never had a game do this before. I'm wondering if it has something to do with DA:I freezing/crashing, as I've had unfortunate problems with that. It usually seems to happen while saving, especially if I try and move around. I've started just having my character stand in one spot, not doing anything at all during a save, and that is terribly annoying. I really do like this game, but good grief it has problems. 
Is anyone else having this problem? I honestly can't believe I unlocked a bunch of trophies, only to have them just, ah, lock themselves again. What gives?
