Can you flirt with Dorian and still be in a relationship with Cullen, Solas or Blackwall?

Dorian is a gay character, and he will allow you to flirt if you are a female inquisitor just for the fun of it. The flirting is available but it will not open up a romance option, so it should not conflict with your other pursuits.
