I'm trying to get this specialization unlocked and I have everything...the book...the defeated champions...the veridium. The only thing i'm missing to complete is "Gather Standard Materials" WTF does that mean? The specialist says I have everything...where do I go from here?

Have you tried crafting the banner, through the requisition table? Also, please check the other pages here, there's a dozen other topics related to this quest, there's no need to create another one.
Oops...I did a search for keywords for this quest and didn't find anything...definitely did not mean to waste space. tks for the help either way
