This has happenned to me twice in the first two missions, but drones
just vanish into thin air, you can still cursor over them and see the
name of the enemies, but their graphical representations disapear and
they become unhitable.

Only solution I've been able to use is to restart from the last save point.

Yeah this is killing I'm stuck right after you meet tali one of the drones disappears into thin air, I can't hit it, and the next door won't unlock because of this
