I know you can get armor schematics in the Hissing Wastes, but what about weapons?  I found a Legion of the Dead Maul once, but not the schematic for it.  Has anybody found the weapon schematics?

I'm Level 22 and have yet to find any legion of the dead armor or gear, Is the armor bought off the vendor with the dog in hissing wastes? because I'ts not there

You get it by unlocking the tombs in the Hissing Wastes.
